“At first I didn't know what to think when we came in to the team and doctors at Rockwall Injury Rehab & Chiropractic. The first visit is the heavy and intensive paperwork day and initial evaluation, but once you cross that, it's streamlined, well organized, and well run.
After day one, you walk in, log the time and your name, and fill out a form. You take that and walk to the back where PT assistants get you clocked in and started on your designated routine of physical therapy. After that you sign your time log, and then you're in line to get your adjustment. I can only rave about...we called her Dr Boo. Amazing doctor/chiropractor. She listens to what you're experiencing and tailors the adjustment to you.
When we finally concluded our physical therapy, we were sad to go. We filled out the final exit form and my youngest wrote that while they hated coming here, they would miss the staff the most; they are what made it worth coming!“
