⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️FIVE STAR SERVICE! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I could give 6 stars I would! Hector came by and was not only very professional, he was up front, to the point, no fluff, and told me what I needed and why. Also, he told me exactly what I DON’T need and why. This is the third time that I called Bacon to come take care of my home, and every single time they have come they take care of my home like it’s theirs. You know it is not going to be a good day when you wake up to a cold, leaky water heater… But one quick call to Bacon, and Brandon was scheduled to come check things out for us. After checking our very old water heating system, it was clear it was time to replace. I was so happy when Brandon informed us that Bacon keeps all parts and supplies available and they could have our hot water up and running again in one day. True to his word, by 5 o’clock in the afternoon, we had hot water again, and everything was cleaned up and looked as if there had never been a problem.... read full review
Bacon came out to diagnose a problem and within a couple days were back were back out to fix it for us. They did an outstanding job. Great communication from the office and their field team - that kind of customer service is greatly appreciated. You always hope to not have major plumbing or electrical issues but it’s inevitable, so having a company like this to help when those things happen truly is priceless.
