Initially, I was very disappointed with the service but Juan ended up making the experience so much better.I’d paid for a $55 package and was so disappointed when I saw the amount of dirt, crumbs and drink splatters still left on the seats of my car. The rearview mirror had smudges. The dashboard was dusty. It looked like they only vacuumed. I told the team member that the car was still dirty and they “fixed it” but still it was dirty. There was so much that was missed & I was expecting a clean car after spending $55.I called the store and they offered to redo it. I came back next day Juan did just that. You’ve been coming to carnation for a while now, they do an excellent job at making sure they detail my car the way I like it!Abel gave amazing customer service, and every time without a doubt all the employees are extra nice and happy to help!!

I drive a lifted truck and it’s hard to find a place with a high enough clearance for me but theirs works (my clearance is 7’1). Lima was my attendant and helped me figure out what wash was best, he even removed my antenna with out me even having to get out of the car and now I’m thinking of signing up for the monthly subscription. Great service and the wash was great, would highly recommend.
