Perhaps I have unrealistic expectations of a car wash, but my bare minimum standard would be to have the windshield clean afterwards. When I arrived for a car wash, the soft touch option wasn’t available so I tried the touch free. I was disappointed with the results, especially for the price that I had to pay. If you’re looking to get your car, spotless, you should look elsewhere.I understand the challenges of running a small business can be hard, but you really need to consider the value you are delivering for the price you are charging.
Are you supposed to wash your vehicle before you use this car wash? I used the soft touch and my truck is still dirty. That’s crazy! $20 thrown away. They did give me a code for a free wash which I used. I still ended up going home and hand washing my truck.
Came through the car wash yesterday afternoon and really appreciated the help of the staff.. I believe his name was William. He helped me with guiding my truck through the car wash… I’m so used to a little bitty car ?? prices could be a little lower but the Staff was AMAZING
