1+1 Foot Spa in Roanoke is truly a hidden gem. I get a full body massage there regularly, and every single visit has been amazing. The massages are consistently superb, and the staff always make me feel relaxed and well taken care of. Out of all the reflexology and massage places I’ve tried, this is by far my favorite. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality, consistency, and a great overall experience.

Ask for Alice! I advised her of what I needed and she released my knots with firm pressure to get them out. I'm a lmt so I know for sure she has great hands 👌 Customer service at it best!! Friendly and calming place to relax 😌

So professional and they treat you like royalty. Never skimping on time. Diana gives the best massages I have ever had. Works hard to get the knots out but somehow makes it relaxing too.

Great price, quiet and very clean tranquil space.

I’d give 10 stars if I could!
