In early March, I walked in to schedule an appointment as a new patient. They informed me the soonest available appointment would be in June, but they could add me to a waitlist in case of cancellations. Sure enough, about two weeks later, I got a call about an opening, and they were able to see me the next day. The appointment process was smooth and simple—I received a text with a link to complete all the necessary paperwork, so on the day of my appointment, I could just walk in and wait to be called.
