Rachelle and the other young lady in the office on a Monday were so nice and helped me pick up my second pair of glasses. I had already given Andrew a review but these two ladies were just as helpful when he was not there. Place to go.

here you will get a very high customer service,today we been to this shop to pick up my kids glasses,One Mr Andrew and other lady looked after us so nice,Mr Andrew even fixed my glasses,adjusted the frames, Also Their Dr Emily Wang is so kind and exam our kids so thorough,she smiles and explains very well

Visionworks on 99 feeder in Richmond is new and fresh! Ladies are warm and welcoming. I was in and out in no time. Unlike other Visionworks in the area. I hope things stay this way. Nice doing business there.
