Been coming to this location for a while and have had nothing but good experiences. All staff is great, especially Julissa who has always been so helpful with all questions/concerns I’ve had with appointments and orders. Will continue to return.
My son and I had a very positive experience at Texas State Optical Richmond Aliana. The staff was very friendly and professional, the eye exam was thorough, and the doctor explained everything clearly. The office was clean, well organized, and the whole process was smooth and efficient. I would definitely recommend TSO for great eye care! And a special shout out to Rosalina for all her great help while we were there.
