I had a very good experience at Village Medical Richmond. The staff is always pleasant and welcoming. Dr. Gonzales gave me a physical last year and I really like the atmosphere and professionalism so I came back again this year. I had to change my follow up appointment so I saw a different doctor. Dr. Francisco was very patient with me when I didn’t understand some of the changes my health is going through as I get older. The told me what I had to do to lower my blood pressure and gave me a plan to follow before my next visit.

I loved this place..dr Pamela was so nice and kind .. I was so anxious about taking my Pap smear but she did a great job,I didn’t feel anything when she did it.. I will come back for sure, and I recommend her for everyone.
Check in can be done from your phone. You don’t sit in the waiting room very long. The doctor sees you right away & answers all your questions without rushing you out the door!
