I came in for their signature Hydrafacial and specifically wanted mandelic acid as a gentler alternative to glycolic acid. Even though it had been discontinued at the clinic, they went above and beyond and found the exact product for me—which meant so much.

Ana has been doing my Hydrafacial for 3+ years and is amazing, and Laura has always been so helpful with scheduling and making everything smooth. They are both sweet and kind!

I also shared my concerns about skin of color being more prone to pigmentation, and they were incredibly understanding and thoughtful in how they treated me. I always felt heard, respected, and comfortable.

She is an excellent teacher who focuses on building a strong foundation and teaching the right techniques rather than just showing the steps. She was incredibly patient, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood each concept before moving on.
She also gave a detailed overview of makeup products, helped me understand what was actually worth investing in, and shared practical tips on budgeting. On top of that, she included insights into marketing, which was a great bonus for anyone planning to pursue makeup professionally.

I like to have a variety of designs and he always listens to what I am asking for (side note, his English is awesome!) and will offer some ideas but ultimately what I want is what he does.
