Mari at Great Clips absolutely nailed it. I asked for a medium bald fade and she delivered exactly what I wanted—clean, smooth, and blended perfectly. Took her time, paid attention to detail, and made sure everything was lined up right before I left the chair. One of the best fades I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend booking with Mari if you want a sharp, professional cut.
We went in on a Sunday at noon. I checked my daughter in on the app but couldn't figure out how to check in another person. Apparently there is a small button I missed. They should make that a little more user friendly.
Service was good and quick! They were able to accommodate me since at that moment they were not busy.
I always recommend checking in before you go to ensure your spot in line!
The stylists are all friendly. But I've been having problems getting them to cut the top of my hair the length I want it (short), even with showing them how short I want it. Most don't cut it short enough. The visit last week, she cut it shorter than I said. I also get frustrated with the number of stylists who now keep me turned away from the mirror for much or all of the cut. I like to see what they are doing.
