I was referred to Foundation Orthodontics for specific services on a troubling root canal. My first impression in the office was the courteous attitude of the receptionist and the support assistants. Dr. Rizk was.no less in his professional manner in addressing the issue I had gone there for. Kudos to him and his staff. I definitely would refer him to others that need the specialty he work on.
