Patrick is extremely customer focused, knowledgeable and professional. We had issues that our prior pest control could not address and the guidance from Lowe’s and Home Depot did not work. I called Patrick and he and his team took care of it and we no longer have any issues. And he is very competitive on his pricing.
I am officially Blackhawk Pest Management’s biggest fan. After months of fighting off a flea infestation in our back house, we were losing our minds. The other company we worked with would come and spray, but the fleas would come back every single time. We read many reviews and decided to move forward with Blackhawk. I spoke with Patrick and knew I made the right call immediately. He rearranged his schedule to fit me in the next day. He and his partner came and did a thorough investigation into what was actually causing our problem. Jeremy was very attentive to eradicating a wasp problem I was having. He thoroughly examined my home and communicated several suggestions, sprayed and will be back in two weeks to check on the progress. Very happy with Jeremy's work.
