Based on the reviews, America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses has a great environment with very professional and knowledgeable staff. Everyone is so great and nice, and the service is so easy and fast. Dr. Tran is very kind, thorough, and courteous, making the eye exam process smooth and easy to understand. Patients are seen ON TIME, and the staff does not take late comers. Wanda was absolutely amazing, friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful with frame options and pricing. Lani is amazing, very supportive, and helpful. Sara and Angie were delightful, with Sara adjusting glasses quickly and professionally. Ariel was very kind and helpful, getting everything sorted out. Jyri and all other staff patiently helped select the best options. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure excellent service, addressing concerns and making sure contact lenses are a good fit. Glasses arrive in about a week. Overall, the location is highly recommended for great eye care.
Kudos to Dr. Tran and staff! I literally passed another location by my home on 1093 to come here. It was a great decision as I was seen ON TIME! He was very courteous and patient during my exam. I’m elated you DONT take late comers as my time is valuable. I want to be seen ON TIME when I schedule an appointment. Thanks for great service!
I had a wonderful experience at America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses. Wanda was absolutely amazing! She was very friendly, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and took the time to explain everything clearly. She was very patient while helping me look at different frame options and made sure I understood the pricing, coverage, and what would work best for my vision needs. Her positive attitude and professionalism really stood out.

I have been to a different America's best location but decided to try out this one as I didn't have the greatest experience at the other one. I really liked Dr Tran, he addressed my concerns and he wanted to make sure the contact lenses are a good fit before placing the order. My glasses arrived in about a week! Ariel was the one who helped me out with picking a good pair and got everything sorted out, she was very kind and helpful! I highly recommend this location.
