Aire Serv of Sugar Land provides heating and air conditioning service. One technician, Miguel, was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He explained the issue and the next steps. Another young gentleman arrived earlier than the scheduled appointment and did a thorough inspection to locate the problem. Miguel took his time, accessed the issue, and explained it. The company called a day early to let a customer know the technician had time. They stayed in touch throughout the process, and customers can track the technician to see how close they are to the house. They diagnosed and fixed a heater quickly. Kalin was also very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and answered all questions thoroughly. Customers were pleased and impressed with the exceptional service from the initial call to the completed job.
AIRE Serv is excellent! They are very reasonable and their installers are patient and knowledgeable. I had a new HVAC installed by AIRE Serv 18 months ago and just recently performed a maintenance check up at my request . The service technician was polite and thorough. My heater wouldn’t come on. I made an appointment for 2 days out. They called me a day early to let me know the technician had time if I would like him to come. Yes please! They stayed in touch with me throughout the process. You can track your technician to see how close they are to your house. They diagnosed and fixed my heater quickly! Would definitely use them again.
