We came across Landpride Lot Services a few months ago. Met with Shannon at a new house we are building to discuss grading and ideas for landscaping. Both my wife and I were pleased with our visit and exchange of ideas. Shannon had his crew out to do the rough grading and clean out the drainage ditch at the front of our property. In addition, they did a major clean up of construction material. Shannon's guys were polite, professional, answered all questions, and made sure we were happy with what they had done before leaving.Will be meeting with Shannon in the next couple of weeks to begin plans for the landscaping and lawn.

Landpride Lot Service has brought my lot back to life!!!! I haven't seen my grass on back lot since Covid -19 hit. I will #Share this great news, I want everyone know the amazing job done. Top notch work. Shannon and his team are the GOAT!!! Give him a call, he won't let you down.
