“RJW replaced my roof. I am very happy with how they handled the whole process. They are 100% customer oriented, easy to communicate with, very reliable and accountable. Most importantly for me, they are trustworthy.Ryan, the face of RJW, always goes above and beyond my expectations. When I initially called him look at my roof, I told him about our high electricity usage especially during the peak summer months. At that point, I had already had a few companies assess my attic and come up with combinations of solutions like radiant barrier, new insulation, solar fans etc none of which were inexpensive.After looking at the roof, Ryan did an inspection of my attic and said my problem was inadequate attic ventilation. He said the combination of vents I had were canceling out the work done by each other. No one until then had made this observation.He did an analysis of the ventilation and came up with 2 different ways to handle the 'short circuit' in the atticWhen it was time to replace my roof, I clearly knew I wanted to go with Ryan's company. Along with the roof work, he cut open new soffit vents, cleared out the existing soffit vents that were blocked and increased the size of most of the existing vents.This work was done in mid September. So I am yet to go through high temperatures. However I'm fairly sure that I'll see a significant improvement in attic temperatures.Ryan is also great with working with the insurance companies.Heidi, his associate is the one who manages the roofing crew. Again, very committed and a joy to work with.The subcontractors that RJW hires do diligent work. A great example for this is the fencing subcontractor they hire. “I contracted with them to replace the old, tired corrugated panels atop my pergola with polygal panels. They were on time, did the project correctly, neatened up at the end of day one so my hounds can use the yard at night.Day two, they returned on time. They completed the project by 11:30 and cleaned up the patio and yard to better condition that I had. They even skimmed the pool! This was the best experience I've ever had with a contractor!“

“Texas Select Fencing (TSF) did an amazing job replacing an old fence for the new home I recently purchased. The fence is beautiful and I have already received many compliments! I will be using their services again, now that my neighbor finally responded to my request to replace the fence we share. I got several quotes to replace my fence and TSF had a competitive price. Todd worked with me initially and throughout the install process on what I wanted and Genaro, the crew leader was awesome. The whole team was very friendly, knowledgeable and produced exactly what I wanted. I also bought a cast aluminum decoration from King Metals that the Genaro painted for me and installed on each gate door. My project was a fence around my pool with posts on the inside, the team added wood boxes around my post for a more aesthetic look, as well as corbels p, two gate doors and a small fence around my pool equipment. “We're relatively new to the Dallas Metroplex area and wanted to get trees planted as well as flag pole installed. Don and the team at Ayala are just so incredible. They came out, scoped our yard, helped us pick out trees and figure out the best places to plant them and suggested the perfect location for the flagpole.What sets Ayala apart is the absolute professionalism. They over communicated when they were having trouble sourcing one of the trees and helpfully suggested an alternative (which we went with).They planted a row of 15 pillar trees and five larger deciduous trees while we were away and the results were stunning.
