Rocky the overall service was great and Gam did a great job on powerwash, repairs and stain. He had someone else with him for repair and stain. However one day after you left my pool people noticed the door to my pool control panel was knocked off. I brought this up to John Franklin (Sales Manager) via text and he claimed my door was held by a string (actually elastic) and it was actually one broken clamp on right side of panel that was connected via elastic. No argument it is an older door, but the new damage was both clamps on left side were knocked off and screws missing. Texas Best stain power washed and stained our fence. Oscar did a great job and communicated well. This is the second time we have used Texas Backyard living for our backyard and they had the best price and best customer service.

Texas Best Stain did a fantastic job and helped make our 2015-built fence look brand new after a thorough power washing and professional stain. Manuel, the team member who did the work, was exceptional. Highly recommend in Plano and throughout DFW. -- Paul & Holli
