This is my first time coming here & I wasn’t aware of the app being down but I ended up adding money to the Huebsch app but due to its being down temporarily I couldn’t use the money in the app. Cece the store manager made it right and took care of our washers and dryers.
This place is clean and neat and organized. It is chill and honestly one of the best washer and dryers I ever washed with.

I came in today, Christmas Eve, to get a couple of loads washed. I noticed one of my washers not dispensing the detergent as it should. I spoke to CeCe, the manager, and right away she said she would take care of it. I told her I would rather use a different washer, but it still had 24 minutes remaining. She said it should take about five minutes to spin and drain. I told her I was going to run an errand, but could wait a few minutes. Without hesitation, CeCe offered to put my clothes into another machine when it’s ready, so I could run my errand. When I arrived, she had already put my clothes the dryer. Highly recommend! If you’re looking for self-service or full service laundry, look no further. They nicely fold and bag all full service laundry. For self-service, there’s an app Huebsch that works well and is easy to understand. Plenty of machines and space whenever I’ve gone. They have a nice kids’ area too that my littles loved, with lots of books. The people who work here are super nice too. There’s also a small vending machine for snacks if that’s something you need.
