I accepted his quote and met with his GM Tony to set up the order at their Richardson Tx office. They sent Pat to measure my windows for accuracy. Very meticulous man. Order was placed and delivery of windows was 4 weeks. Shelly called to confirm date of installation. My installation crew was Raphael and Kevin. For 2 days they worked as a well oiled machine removing each existing window and prepped opening for new window. Care and skill made the experience very impressive.
