He did inform me that it would be a couple of weeks for a bid due to the manufacturer. I got the bid when expected. I got a better window at a lower price. When i asked him to move forward, he gave me an eta of the window, it did get pushed back due to the ice storm but installed shortly after. Install went great. “Designer Door and Window staff - from the sales guy no pressure recommendations to the office staff giving weekly updates for the shipping and installation and the install crew but fast yet high quality install - they were all professional and friendly.
