This was my third time with Ellen, and she continues to impress me every visit. Not only is she incredibly skilled at finding and working out all my trigger points, but she also makes the whole experience feel comfortable and personal. She really takes the time to listen and understand what my body needs. Each session leaves me feeling like a brand new person—refreshed, relaxed, and pain-free. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her clients and their well-being. I always look forward to coming back, and I can’t recommend her enough.

I have been to see Ellen numerous times and leave feeling relaxed and pain free. I would be there once a week if my budget allowed! He always asks if I have any concerns that need to be taken care of. If not I receive a wonderfully relaxing massage and leave stress free. Make an appointment, you will be pleasantly rewarded.

This review is to warn those looking for pain relief so that they avoid Ellen Horn. I incurred more pain after the massage, which resulted from the massage.During the beginning of the massage, she made a comment that was not professional/not kind about my scar on my back. After the massage, she made a comment about my neck range of motion that was not appropriate. She had an, overall, cold demeanor/personality.She was not reading what my muscles wanted. She just did her pre-planned type of massage.I could write more, but it just was not a good experience!

As soon I got to the front door, I could smell the calming and uplifting aromatherapy and immediately felt my tension began to melt away. Arrive a little early to fill out the usual paper work and use the restroom. The restroom is in the back hallway and shared with the other suites. Even though there were not paper towels, the bathroom door opened outward, so i could push it open with my foot. I had a massage from Kylie today, and she did a phenomenal job. She communicated clearly and followed any requests for targeted areas of need (my neck was especially tight). The aroma was wonderful. The temperature was perfect. And I really loved her music selection and relaxing environment she works hard to create for her clients. There are two other massage therapists as well (George and Ellen). Booking was easy. I called and left a voicemail late in the evening, and Kylie returned my call the very next morning. Great experience all around. I am looking forward to my next appointment with great anticipation!
