This company came highly recommended by a family member so we chose to use them to have the two bedroom house that we had just moved out of and were getting ready to put on the market cleaned. I went in the day after the cleaning and it was filthy. There was trash on the floor, none of the base boards had been cleaned, there was dust standing on surfaces. It was unclear what was actually cleaned in the five hours that she was there. I reached out to Guy (who I’m assuming is the owner) with photos and an explanation of what I had found and got no response at all. I am so disappointed and would not recommend this company unless you would like to pay almost $200 to have your sinks cleaned.

They did a bad job for the deep cleaning of our house though our house was already pretty clean as a only 10 month brand new house before they came to clean it. Here is part of the feedback from our new tenant:"They left hair everywhere. They also did not wipe down the doors. I think they should not have charged you fully. They left dirt and hand prints that came off immediately. They simply did not take the time to do it. ". However, the crazier part is they called me everyday to push me to pay for the cleaning though I kept saying I needed someone to check the cleaning quality before I pay. I had no time to go to the house to check by myself. I had never seen anyone that were so desperate to chase for money after the job and not allowing us to check the quality first. After my new tenants checked the quality and told me how bad it was, my tenant offered to clean the house by themselves and I paid for the deep cleaning in full amount cuz I didn't bother to argue for a discount though they didn't deserve it.

We had called for a deep cleaning and were quoted a reasonable rate so we booked it and the Rebecca arrived on time. We were moving and had 3 of the 5 bedrooms empty and we keep the house fairly clean but we wanted to find a Housecleaner to prepare the house for listing it to sell, However, when my husband got home, she charged us $50 more than I was told and my husband paid it unknowingly. $178 total When I got home these were all the things found not completed !!!!! See photos The microwave was never cleaned, trash not taken out, floors dirty, mirrors not cleaned or dusted....... I called Guy and he did not call me but had Rebecca call me and she assured me she'd come back and clean it. Then i came down with Covid (4-5 weeks) so everything was postponed to ensure the housekeeper would be safe to clean once we left the house to the new house. So fast forward to that day and she said she'd be there at noon. But then I got these other texts from her as to why she was late each hour and by 6:30pm I had had enough of her nonsense. Guy did refund us $50 but very very disappointed in the terrible lack of housecleaning and that she never came back back to complete job at our scheduled time!!! We are also missing a new prescription that we never found. We do not recommend this company for cleaning! Not dependable, not professional and waste of money and time!!! Very disappointed Update: I just read the owner's response to this review and I am reassured that this is NOT a professional cleaning service and after reading his response it is obvious to see he is resorting to slandering me because I shared my honest experience. The pictures do not lie and neither do the pics of our texts where she kept making excuses for being 5 hours late. I was not happy and told him that and no longer trusted their cleaners to return and make it right. When I asked Guy for a list of what they require for the maids to clean he told me his computer blew up and could not provide me a list. You be the judge and you decide. Peace

Supermaids was here today and I am absolutely blown away by the fantastic job they did. Everything is immaculate. NO ONE has EVER done a job like this. I will never try another place again EVER. Believe me I've tried plenty and Supermaids is so far above and beyond I was shocked. Give them a call - you won't regret it!!!

Did a great job on our house. We were moving out and the cleaning lady made the house look great. The new owners even complimented on how well the house looked and the cleaning lady went above and beyond. She cleaned out the fridge as well as swept up the garage. I would use Supermaids again!

Supermaids did a great job on the house. They were prompt to respond when I inquired about service, showed up on time, and stayed about 4.5/5 hours. When I came home the house smelled, looked and felt clean.

This is the best cleaning company out there. I've used them for 30 years and have never been disappointed. Yesterday a team came for two hours. When I arrived home, everything sparkled and the house smelled terrific! You can trust the professional cleaning crew. They always arrive promptly and they don't mess around. They work hard. It's so awesome to have a clean house at reasonable prices. You must call Guy and give yourself a break, or should I say, a gift?

Easy to schedule. Very Responsive. The cleaning lady really worked hard through my kitchen, baths and other areas. I could tell she is very professional and good at what she does.
