Had a great experience with Spire Construction! They replaced all the hand scraped, wood floors throughout my house and did an amazing job. Super professional, always kept me in the loop, and the subcontractors were right on time every day. Everything was done within the quoted timeframe, which was awesome. They also handled a few door, trim, and frame replacements at my office—everything looks great. Definitely recommend them!
Highly recommend for quality of work. Spire is the only GC we trust with our projects - they've renovated our master plus bath, done work in our kitchen, all new hardwood floors in the home, and installed new roof. They are currently building a playroom addition and have been impeccable from start to finish in answering questions, transparency in pricing, offering creative options and solutions to stay within budget. They leave our home clean & safe, after every work day. The Spire team is a pleasure to work with and every sub has been very respectful.
Josh Pearson came to my house and reviewed my requirements. This was a small job compared to many they have I am sure, but it was done well and timely and efficiently. I will use them again when the time comes. Pricing very reasonable.
