My brother & I met with Jody to follow thru with our father's wishes. He already purchased a plan so we just had to make some selections. Jody's input was very helpful as she gently guided us thru this unexpected chapter of our lives. When we weren't sure on a couple of decisions, she shared great options to help us along. Her team was courteous and professional. The team definitely went above and beyond when a vase got knocked over onto the sign in book. They took the book back, dried the pages and photocopied them so we didn't miss anyone.

There will never be words that will ever come close to expressing how truly amazing Sparkman (Richardson) has been for my family and I. Losing a loved one (especially a parent) is something no one wants to go through but the team at Sparkman (especially Kaelah and Genna) could not have been more of an absolute blessing.
