Get a second opinion before you agree to a filling here. I’ve always had damn near perfect teeth. I get my checkups and cleanings every 6 months. I come here for the first time and they tell me I have two cavities and will need fillings. They showed me the X-Ray and pointed out the “cavities” and convinced me. I had a gut feeling and went to get a second opinion at another dental office down the street and they confirmed my gut feeling. Richardson Family dentistry tries to put this sweet helpful vibe but they lied to me and were willing to ruin the structure of my teeth to make some money. My new Dentist said my teeth were not only cavity free, but excellent and she could tell I take great care of them. Disappointed but not surprised as I hear about cavity filling scams in this industry. I also heard that some dentists will want their hygienists to fill a quota of amount of fillings to do even if the patient doesn’t have issues with their teeth.

If you're like me and get a bit freaked out by the dentist, especially after a while, this place is seriously amazing at making you feel at ease. They're not trying to rip you off or push stuff you don't need. Everyone there, from the front desk to the doctor and hygienist, is just fantastic. If you're on the fence, seriously, just go see them. They're 5 stars for a reason, they totally deserve it. Thank you for everything
