They were able to see me same day I had an issue. X-ray machine is older than time but it works. People were nice. This place has changed names and hands a few times. Broken pinky toe. Sheared it right in half.
This is my go-to when I need urgent care. The doctors are so kind and make a point to know me. Anytime they prescribe something they take time to explain what they are giving me. When I walk in the door, the office smells so clean and inviting. I love that I can schedule online and walk in and not have to wait longer than a few minutes. When I came in yesterday the nurse that took me back was so friendly and funny that I was already feeling better!
Baylor Scott & White Urgent Care was a positive experience overall, especially when you need quick care without a long wait. The medical team really made the visit better and helped us feel comfortable.
- Staff was very friendly and welcoming
- Nurse Practitioner Edna Silmon was amazing
- She did a great job with my 9 year old son and made him feel at ease
- We were seen pretty quickly, which was appreciated
- Overall care and professionalism stood out in a good way
- Biggest downside was some of the furniture, which looked worn and a outdated.
