Don't waste your time. Inefficient, inaccurate and wrong. I had met my deductible but she said I still owed 800 on my deductible, and my deductible is not even 800 total. So, I just turned around and walked out. The next place verified that I had met my deductible.

I visited this urgent care for a severe ear infection and left feeling dismissed and inadequately evaluated. The physician assistant, Shana Fakkel, spent less than five minutes in the room, performed a very brief examination, and provided little to no explanation about what was going on or what warning signs to watch for. I was immediately prescribed antibiotics without much discussion or questioning about my symptoms.

Unfortunately, by day 4 my ear swelling and drainage worsened, forcing me to return for another visit and additional cost. I understand not every infection improves immediately, but I feel a more thorough examination and better communication during the first visit may have identified the severity of the issue sooner or provided clearer expectations on when to seek follow-up care.

As a patient, I left feeling rushed rather than cared for. There was no one else here to excuse the rush. I hope this feedback encourages more attentive evaluations and better patient communication in the future.

Baylor Scott & White Urgent Care was a positive experience overall, especially when you need quick care without a long wait. The medical team really made the visit better and helped us feel comfortable.

I came in for a hand injury, on Sunday my pain was on a scale 6-8. Doctor said since I didn’t fall, puncture it or smash it a xray was not necessary. I had been doing yard work for like 4 days and he said I just overworked my hand. He prescribed prednisone and by the late that afternoon the pain was on a scale of 1-3 the next morning the swelling had gone down over half. I have been to BSW urgent Care many times and will continue to come here as they fix the problem the first time.

A great experience today, and honestly always, at BSW urgent care facilities. The staff is friendly, kind and thorough.

This Baylor Scott and White urgent care is a great location! Everybody from the front desk to the medical technician to the doctors were all wonderful. I highly recommend and would go back if I ever needed to.
