Palm Beach Tan is highly regarded for its friendly and attentive staff, making every visit a positive experience. Keilee at the front desk is especially praised for her welcoming attitude, clear explanations, and genuine care for customers. The staff at the Coit/Campbell location, including Kylie, Abbey, Sierra, and Jalyn, are described as sweet, attentive, helpful, and efficient, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Customers appreciate the quality of the beds, noting that the maximum tanning time for Gold level and above is 12 minutes, which is slightly longer than other locations, and that the Diamond level beds are of a higher quality compared to many Dallas locations. Some reviews express frustration with certain pricing tactics, such as the introduction of new bed levels that seem designed to increase costs, but overall, the location’s friendly staff and good service make it a favorite among customers. The combination of excellent customer service and quality equipment makes Palm Beach Tan a well-loved tanning destination.
Kylie is the sweetest!! She took us 10 mins to closing when she still had 4 other customers. We were going to walk out because she felt bad but she told us to stay. Watching her work after hours to make sure every customer was happy was such a testament to the amazing person she is! Management - wherever you are- give this girl a raise! She’s a gem.
Keilee at the front desk is amazing! She’s always so welcoming the moment I walk in and makes the whole experience super easy. She takes the time to explain things clearly, answers all my questions, and always greets me with a smile. It’s refreshing to see someone who genuinely cares about customer service — she definitely makes visiting Palm Beach Tan a great experience
I absolutely love this location. I live closer to the Independence/Legacy salon, but started coming to this location about 2 months ago cause I was tired of the Versa being unpredictable (I spray twice a week).
The staff you have at Coit/Campbell is AWESOME. Kylie, in particular. She’s so sweet and attentive. As soon as my bed shuts off, I hear the Versa turn on. She’s ON IT. 😊🩷 I really appreciate her efficiency and friendliness.
