Ivan from New Elite Roofing and Construction LLC did a thorough and very professional inspection of my roof today at my request. He arrived on time, was friendly, very efficient, and sent a very detailed report with many photos capturing his findings. After the inspection he used the photos to explain what he found and then made his suggestions on what to do next. In this case, he did not feel any repairs were warranted. I felt he was treating my roof as he would his own, not doing repairs until required. I truly appreciate his honesty and his insights. His inspection report can form a baseline for comparison in future years. I highly recommend his service.

Ivan Delgado was a pleasure to work with. When we contacted New Elite Roofing regarding our roof, he came the same day for inspection. He spent time with us to thoroughly explain the roofing we were interested in and gave us an estimate the same day. (We had also contacted a couple of other roofing companies for estimates. Neither of the others seemed interested in explanations or answering questions. And, neither provided the quick and complete service we were looking for.) Ivan’s foreman and crew had great attitudes and did fantastic work. We would use Elite Roofing again, if ever needed.
