It says a lot about a business and business owner how they deal with unanticipated consequences to bad advertising choices they make. This business owner chose to advertise and sell Groupon vouchers and then refuses to honor them because she apparently does not like the outcome of the deal. Customers calling to use the voucher she caused to be sold on the offer that she chose to make or told she just not excepting them anymore and it's the problem of the customer to try to work it out with Groupon rather than with the business that sold the offer. I wonder what other things she doesn't stand behind.

Charlotte was awesome! I have been looking for a decent massage for months. She did an amazing job! I will definitely go back. The building was old but not hard to find.
