I visited Minsky's in December 2024, met Don and was measured for a full kilt formal outfit.
I am a big man weighing 350. Don measured me, explained that the outfit is woven in Scotland and I wouldn't see it until May 2025.
As this was my 2025 Christmas gift to myself I gladly trusted Don.
My kilt was delivered in May and I was quite happy with the result. I have worn the complete outfit several times and have met with several compliments.
I fully trusted Don and will do my business at Minsky's only in the future.
I highly recommend Minsky's and especially Don for all formal wear in the future!

Best dry cleaning in the business . If you need that Special dress cleaned or looking for a tuxedo for a special occasion or wedding this is the place to go Minsky's formalwear is the best in the business I highly recommend them and I'm sure you will to tell him Gene sent you it'll give you 30% off you next dry cleaning order .
Absolutely wonderful and courteous owner. Went in Saturday afternoon, without an appointment for tux rental. Showed my family and I patience and kindness in decision making. Even gave my youngest son a cup of water when he asked. Truly gracious and went above and beyond in helping us choose exactly what we desired. Look forward to wearing the tuxes for the Wedding and will recommend this establishment to everyone going forward. Go here well before you go to a big box retail store such as Mens Whse, etc. You will find exactly what you are looking for here, very reasonably priced and the staff is so kind and helpful. Go here everybody!
