Working with Amy, Kris, Jesus, and Alex was really great. They were all extremely helpful and attentive to what I needed done to my 2017 Subaru Outback. They were very efficient about getting everything that needed to be done so that my son would have it for his first year in college. We have owned the car for several years, and after the work was completed, the car drove excellent and sounded better than it ever has. So grateful. I highly recommend this shop.
I just went there for an oil change. The attendant said it was super friendly very helpful even suggested or gave me some advice on some other things so I really appreciate it. I will most definitely visit that location again.
I had a great experience with Amy, Kris and her team at Meineke in Richardson! They were incredibly efficient with my time. I was taken in almost immediately, had very little wait time, and they got me taken care of as quickly as possible.
What I really appreciated was that I never felt hassled, pressured, or like I was being sold something I didn’t need. They run the shop with such a welcoming, family-business feel, and their customer service was excellent. I truly enjoyed my experience and will definitely be back in the future.
