What was supposed to be a fun and memorable senior photo experience could not have been more disappointing based on the photographer we worked with.

She refused to allow me to request a specific pose that was not included in the yearbook due to us running out of time. It was the cap and gown photo- I wanted him to hold the cap at an agle that did not block the National Honor Society logo. It did not require an outfit change (although her making him change in the order she did wasted at least 15 minutes) but she suggested that we could not do it because we were running out of time. What planet are these folks on? Who's paying for these paper prints in 2026? $250 for a couple of digital print copies? Honestly, my local Walgreens / CVS prints better quality paper photos. A total monopoly with schools and a rip off for the services offered.

⭐ 1 STAR — EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BILLING EXPERIENCE

I would strongly caution parents and school districts before doing business with Legacy Photo Studios. What should have been a simple senior photography experience turned into an incredibly frustrating situation involving poor communication, questionable billing, and an unacceptable response when I tried to get the problem resolved.
