I see that there are many mixes of review for this business. My experience however is the opposite. From the start of the conversation, Quadasia was very warm and polite. She listened to my request. She got what I was asking for. I am impressed with Quadasia for her professionalism.

Awful customer service. Placed an order about 6 months back and haven't received my order yet. When contacted I am told the package doesn't apply to my order. They promptly took my payment at that time and failed to even inform me. Not sure why school districts are hiring this company that has 2 star reviews.

This is our 3rd year getting school pictures from them and they are horrible. The class picture vs what they advertise is absolutely terrible. They don’t zoom in at all, no attempt at getting the kids closer together, etc. Then for the individual pictures we got one option with a precious smile and his eyes closed. It’s like they don’t care at all. The typical school photo momentos we should have, have been wrecked year after year. I’m gutted and so frustrated.
