All of the staff is very nice and made me feel comfortable. They made my appointment run smoothly and answered all my questions. The dentist is compassionate caring for all his patients.
I can't say enough good things about my first experience at Jupiter Family Dental of Richardson. As someone who has always been afraid of dental pain, I was nervous, but Dr. Hsia and his wonderful staff completely put me at ease.
From the moment I walked in, the staff was so friendly and professional. Dr. Hsia has a gentle, different technique that made procedures like a cleaning and a crown virtually painless. I was comfortable the entire time, which is a first for me!

I highly recommend Jupiter Family Dental. Great service for your dental needs!!! Soon as my kids & I arrived they were called back immediately?? Amazing staff office is very clean and nice most definitely will be our home Dental office now
