I can't say enough good things about my first experience at Jupiter Family Dental of Richardson. As someone who has always been afraid of dental pain, I was nervous, but Dr. Hsia and his wonderful staff completely put me at ease.
From the moment I walked in, the staff was so friendly and professional. Dr. Hsia has a gentle, different technique that made procedures like a cleaning and a crown virtually painless. I was comfortable the entire time, which is a first for me!
They also took the time to explain everything, from the x-rays to the treatment plan, which I truly appreciated. It's clear they care about patient education. The office has a warm, family-friendly atmosphere that makes you feel welcome.

Nice friendly and very good with kids

Took my kids for routine dental checkup and they were wonderful! Customer service was great! Staff very helpful and friendly. We will be back from now on!
