Jenny is the best! Unfortunately, she had to leave this salon because one of the other stylists who became the new owner was rude and unkind to her. She didn’t appreciate that Jenny takes her time and prioritizes quality over quantity, unlike the others who seem more focused on rushing through clients. I’m so glad she’s now at Bella’s Hair Salon, just 5 minutes down the road from Hair Faire. I’ll follow her wherever she goes because she gives the best haircuts and color. On top of that, she’s incredibly sweet and so easy to talk to!

I am 60 years old and have been coming here for many years. All the stylists do a magnificent job at a great price. Salon owner, Thu, is not only a wonderful stylist, she is humble, kind, and manages her salon efficiently. She is my and my mom's go-to for coloring and styling. During one of her absences, I made an appointment for a color, trim, and style with Jenny and she also wowed me with her amazing talents (see photo- I tipped her accordingly 😊). Thank you for your help, Jenny. I love my hair!!

I asked for three to four inches off and she cut seven to eight off.. my hair was at my bum and now it’s not even middle back. Why can’t stylists just listen. First is before second is after. I love the salon I just wish she hadn’t gone chop crazy.

I’ve been searching for a hairstylist I love and can trust with my hair since I moved to Dallas. Jenny blew me away today. I have a lot of hair and it’s very thick, so I always leave disappointed after getting a blowout. She not only did a fantastic job on the blowout but also the cut! I’ll 100% be back & highly recommend Jenny.

I don't know how truly this place has almost to 5 stars but it's honestly so terrible I went here because I looked at the reviews and it was so good trusting the process but they ended up burning my hair I was in the hair steamer for an hour and afterwards the lady made me BRUSH AND BLOW DRY MY OWN HAIR because she had to many people in the salon so customer service was terrible I really don't recommend this place if you don't want your hair to get messed up and dead like mine DONT GOOO!! have attached a picture of how my hair was done after the salon and a week later i just cut my hair because there's to much breakage and my hair is falling I literally have 3 different blonds in my hair like how i'm very disappointed me and they charged to much for that crap !!
