Chris is awesome! I have been training with him for a year, and have had amazing results. He really listens to your goals and helps you achieve them and keep them long term. He is extremely knowledgeable and has been really good about modifying exercises if something hurts. I started with individual personal training and eventually moved to his small group sessions. Even in the small group sessions, I still felt like everyone was getting the same attention as you would in a private session. He is extremely motivating and helped me realize I was actually much stronger than I thought I was. He really cares about his clients and their physical fitness!

I've been going to FHiiT for 5 months and can say that this is the best and most consistent gym I've had the pleasure of being a member of. Chris is phenomenal and tailors workouts to my needs. We're basing the purchase of our new home off of the driving distance to FHiiT. That's how impactful it's been to us!
