These company is joke they convince yu to agree to a payment plan to them to put a switch hold on yut matter dont get this company ...at first they say one price but the bill says a way higher amount my account was supposed to be $65 a month my bill was $329...it's crazy h0w this company is still in business
This company is extremely frustrating to work with. You get in app notifications that don’t show up unless you log in. They only notify you that your bill is overdue after they charge you late fees. I mean you get a text call and email afterwards but no text email or call the day of bill due or pre notification that you bill is due and if your not set up for automatic payments your due date changes every month. They will only lock you in for a specific date if you’re enrolled in automatic payments. I will definitely be switching when my contract is up.
These people dont hold themselves accountable for their mistakes. They're charging me because of their errors. They just lost multiple family accounts because of this. They rather be petty than to keep a good relationship with their clients. What a disappointment. I definately would bot reccomend. Lets try APG&E instead.
