Four Seasons Sunrooms

Such a disappointing company. I scheduled my first consultation with Four Seasons and they flaked on me. I gave them a second chance and rescheduled the original appt, but they didn't show up on the rescheduled date. I called the office 20 mins after my appt was supposed to start and was told my information wasn't in their system?? What an absolute joke. Basically I've been sitting around for 2 days wasting my time for no reason.

I spoke to 3 employees during this process and all of them were confused and saying different things. I would not recommend this company to anyone as they are incredibly unprofessional, have no respect for your time, and clearly have communication issues. At this point I cannot trust that they will follow through on any project, so I wouldn't feel comfortable doing business with them.

We are happy with our sunroom. The workers are great. From the people who laid the foundation, Justin who installed the sunroom, JMV Electric who did all the electric for the sunroom and repaired some electric for our house, and Ruben, the contractor who installed our Mini Split A/C system for the sunroom are all hardworking, good, reliable people. I highly recommend Four Season Sunrooms. Thank you.

I was wanting a room affordable but not with a lot of glass. References were given and I could go see the work and called another to see what they liked about the room & if there were any regrets. I do not think I would have hired them if no references were given and I could not go see their work. This was very important to me and helpful.
They were able to do a room that was more of a room addition with just 1 window and sliding door, giving me more of a look of a room addition. The material seems to be durable and placed correctly. We got rain a few times since, which was good so I could see if any water leaks and how the water was going through the gutter provided. No problem so far, I made a few changes and they were accommodating. The Installer, Jason, gave good suggestions as he worked according to the build. Work completed a few weeks ago and the electrician was just great, the following week. I would love to use him for my unexpected electrical needs....Angel is his name. I have enough outlets in the room and the A/C/Heater is the type I wanted LG and did not ask for it. The A/C is working fine and cooling the little room nicely. Oh, the wall material is nice in the off white color. It makes the room look larger than what it really is. I am hoping I will forever be pleased with the room for many years to come. The installer worked alone and really scheduled to get the work done. I was just expecting the supplies to come sooner even though they told me the length of time. I was sort of hoping for the impossible I guess. Had a schedule that I needed to meet.
Thanks to all of the team: JPruden, installer-forgot his name-Jason?, and Angel. I would recommend them and will gladly serve as a reference person.

Before I contacted four seasons I had experienced a couple of companies or individuals that quoted me prices and wanted money up front. After contacting the better business bureau and check these people out I was shocked. I contacted four seasons and that's how I met Tim Pruden very professional and a man of his words. He came to my house I showed him what I wanted done, we descused price and financing, and timeline. We got it done that was about eight years ago I'm just as proud of it today as I was then it's a great family place.

We had a great experience with Four Seasons enclosing our patio. Here in Texas, the weather can be unpredictable, either too hot, too cold, or full of mosquitos, so we rarely used the space. Now that it’s enclosed, we find ourselves spending much more time out there.

The entire process was smooth from start to finish. Tim, our sales representative, was fantastic, he brought out material samples, shared photos of similar projects, and even provided references we could speak with.

The longest part of the process was waiting for the materials to arrive, but once they did, the installation was quick and efficient. Within just a few days, the enclosure was complete, and we were enjoying our new space in under a week.

The team at Four Seasons was great about honoring the warranty and fixing our leaks. We appreciate the owner coming personally to address our concerns.

Tim our sales representative was very knowledgeable about every phase of the build. And Jason the builder was amazing in his abilities. Even the men that delivered the materials did excellent work. Everything they promised they did

Best investment ever!! From start to finish, everyone involved in our project was amazing! Our consultant, Tim, showed us all of the features offered by 4 Seasons, and those of a competitor (whom we had met with previously). He spent a lot of time with us discussing options and helped us design exactly what we wanted within our budget. Jose completed our demo and construction. He and his team were awesome. I had several questions during the construction process and he was able to explain to me exactly what he was doing and why. The General Manager, JP, was phenomenal! He frequently visited our property to check on the progress and there was constant communication between him and Jose whenever a question did arise. This was by far one of the BEST projects we’ve had done at our home (and we are constantly improving). This company clearly knows what they are doing and it is very evident that every person we interacted with loves what they do. The entire process was clearly defined, we were given regular progress updates, and all parties were on the same page from demo to completion. Tim, Jose, and JP were all very professional, transparent, and treated us like valued clients.

If you are looking for a nice, enclosed patio space I highly recommend 4 Seasons Sunrooms. They truly care about delivering a quality product and customer satisfaction truly is their number one priority.

I had my patio screen in by Four Season Sunroom and I'm enjoying it every day. Thank you Tim for coming to my house and going over and explaining things with me.Jason was the builder and he did a great job and was there early every day from start to finish.

I recently had a sunroom installed by Patio Enclosures. In a storm, my sunroom roof flew up and onto my house roof and damaged the sunroom. At that point, I noticed it was not installed properly by the previous company. Tim came by and helped me design the new sunroom in which I'm thoroughly impressed and happy with. Tim was very helpful and attentive to my concerns and was great at offering suggestions. Another person I was impressed with was Jason. He was the best!! He came out and built the sunroom. Jason was very detailed and professional throughout the entire process, addressing any questions and/or concerns I may have had during the build. I can't say enough of how impressed I was with Jason's quality of work! In closing, I'll say that the quality of service and product made me happy that I chose them for this project. I highly recommend them!!
