This place is great and the coaches are even better. I say that not from the mat, but as a parent of an 11 yr old son and 6 yr old daughter. They loved Coach Dom and your kids will, too!

10/10 gym. Extremely welcoming and beginner friendly with a class for everyone and high level instruction in wrestling judo striking and bjj. Gi and no gi. Both locations are very clean and well maintained. Training partners are safe and you will find very high level competitors. 0 complaints, it was the first gym I started training at and cannot recommend any more.

Been training here for over 2 years and it's been great. It's a good option if you're a lady looking for other ladies to train with. Also a great option if you're looking for a more no-gi focused gym with clean facilities, a positive culture, and awesome coaches.
