My go-to nail spa. Not only do they provide great customer service (and wine or a margarita), they do great work. My NextGen Nails are never bulky, they do take off services, etc. It is on the expensive side, but the quality and ambiance is worth it.

They just got an interior facelift! Brand new massage chairs! The gentleman working the front was courteous and helpful. The prices are fair (but be careful with that paperwork! It’s really easy to accidentally get a Deluxe pedicure and wonder why they’ve been massaging your legs for so long! Lol). I’m always in and out and relaxed. Everything is nice and clean and they never mess up, or do painful things to my little toes.

Horrible customer service/appreciation. I have been getting my nails done there for 3 years. I go in and the lady cannot do the design I asked for so I asked them just to put a simple base coat over my natural nail(took 20 mins max) and I get up the register and the lady in charge charges me $40 still as if I got a full Nexgen set done. Very unpleased. I will not be going back, they lost a customer.
