The customer service was excellent. The young lady at the front counter has excellent customer service skills. You did an excellent job on my coats. They were spotless. My coats looked brand new.

I really like dropping off my cleaning at Barton & Howell. I am always greeted with a smile and the service is top notch. I recently had a costume with a full ball gown pressed, and it turned out perfectly. It was carefully hung on a hanger and covered in plastic. I really appreciated the extra care they took with my brand new costume. Yesterday I left additional items to be laundered and lightly starched. I am not worried as I know the long sleeved shirts will be done perfectly!

I do absolutely love the service at Barton & Howell. I am happy to have a dry cleaner that will press and dry clean my clothes just beautifully. My clothes don’t have a strong chemical smell when they’re cleaned. I am so sorry I forgot the young lady’s name that works the front desk during the week, so I’ll just say, she is wonderful! Thanks for great service??
