I was involved in an accident that occurred while I was on the clock. I was referred by a coworker and have actively been receiving physical therapy and medical care through this company for over 2 1/2 years. I am very pleased with the service that has been provided. The doctors and medical staff are friendly and very knowledgeable.

I've had 3 back surgeries. all 3 time I have selected Accuhealth as My place for therapy. I enjoy the staff. they have always have been real supportive, caring and very friendly. Starting with the Front desk personnel always Smiling and Friendly, the Doctors are very Friendly and show a lot of Empathy for the patients. GiGi and her staff are Great as well. are very professional and caring and and when some in pain they try to make you laugh and forget some of your pain. That's special.. Thank You Guys For all you Do!!!!!

Brenda, Sam, Anna, Griffin, GiGi, Patti, Dr. Joy & Dr. Camp are some of the sweetest people you could meet. They provide the best customer service and one on one therapy. I've never been to any place like theirs and I'm a forever patient 💯

They have a good staff there who really look after you and take good care of you. I always l look forward to arriving to therapy. The atmosphere is positive and we share many laughs and jokes together. Therapy and exercises make up a good camaraderie.

The clinic in Richardson is an amazing place! From their transportation service and driver Juan to the receptionist Brenda and the assistant manager Patty! They all have your best interest in mind. Not to mention therapy is always a blast with many laughs and positive vibes.

I've tried to get into see Dr.Camp for years but the girls one name Brenda has always told me Dr.Camp wasn't available or couldn't return my calls. Dr. Ray sent over my paperwork for an impairment rating on 1/27/25 to see Dr. Camp and Brenda told me that Dr. Camp assistant said she only work with her patients. In 2022 I wanted to get into this clinic because it was very close to my home. I was able to do a walk through but the girl said Dr. Camp wasn't available for intakes. So I called the lady that told me about the clinic and she said they are doing another lady I sent there the same way. Will NOT let her attend either. Dr. Madsen told his staff back in October 2024 to send me to Dr.Camp and I was under the understanding he works there also. Back in 2022, I told the girl with having a knee replacement this clinic will offer me the opportunity to have everything done in one place. She didn't care she still would NOT let me see the doctor or start therapy there. Being so close to my home. The woman I spoke with was Hispanic didn't respond kindly at all. She expressed all the signs of unfair treatment for some reason. And this is so SAD. I hope Dr. Camp will read this and get in touch with me because I have much more to say but just don't want to put it in this review. Thanks

Amazing staff and doctors. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Every time I visit each location everyone is happy to see me and call me by my first name. Always feel very welcomed. Highly recommend.
