“The entire service was great!! Kenneth did an amazing job!! From the very first entrance into our home, he was totally professional. He started out by putting on his home protective gear to respect our house. He even went on to really do what was needed to complete the repair to our satisfaction. He also did a good job of explaining what the problem was, and what was needed to make the repair. He was even on time for the repair, which very seldom happens on service calls.
