“This is my first time going to a grooming business I didn't really know what to expect. I'm overall satisfied with the outcome of my pet and i'm just really happy to have him back. With all the horror stories you hear about where your dog can sneak out and take off. I'm just relieved! I'm still unsure as to, if it's normal to have your pet at a grooming place for more than ten hours even after closing time but I was communicated that, that would happen. I did want my pets to be cut down completely, which is definitely a groom (more money) versus a bath. Had I known it depended on the cut, I probably would have not asked to be shaved down all the way, but he's still looks radiant. I live an hour way and my pet lives in Houston so this was a one time thing. I'm just glad I got on the road when I decided to versus when I was called to pick him up. Otherwise, I would have felt even worse Making them wait for an hour and a half to try to get there to pick him up. I usually don't write a review right away but I didn't want to forget, and I was recommended this business by greenville animal hospital.”
