Just moved to the area and have been trying different places to find a regular place to go to. I planned on going down 380 but saw the traffic and stopped here on a total whim. Kent was the one who did my pedicure and let me say, that hot stone massage was the best I’ve ever gotten. It felt like I was at a professional massage place. I’ll be a repeat customer here as long as Kent is the one doing my pedicures.

I do not recommend this salon. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The environment itself looked messy and unclean, which immediately raised concerns about their hygiene practices. I seriously doubt whether the tools they use on clients are properly sanitized. Even the technician’s own nails appeared dirty and untrimmed, which is not reassuring.
For the pedicure removal, instead of using proper tools or products, they scraped my natural nails with a false nail, causing visible damage. When I raised my concern and explained this was unsafe for my nails, the technician dismissed me with the remark: “If you don’t want to damage your nails, don’t get nail extensions.”Such a response is not only unprofessional but also concerning.
During the new application, I felt a strong burning sensation, as if an acidic product was being used — most likely due to the aggressive scraping done beforehand. This is not the type of care or safety one should expect from a salon.
Overall, this did not feel like a spa where clients are valued and pampered. The focus seemed to be only on money rather than service quality, and the manicure itself did not last. Sadly, I cannot recommend this establishment.

I got the Kuties pedicure, gel white toes and ombre full set manicure.
My first time, there were 3 clients before me- an older lady, a mother and a toddler. Jen asked was it ok to wait 15 mins which I said that’s fine. They treated the lil girl like a VIP client :) 💙
After they left, I was attended to. Jen on my toes and Kent on my hands. Each time, he would confirm- the length, the style, and the price for it. I like the fact that they didn’t try to sway my choice on what I wanted. I even fell asleep during the pedi 😂.
My hands are ombre with GID tips. I will most definitely come back for future appts because

DO NOT VISIT THE SALON!!!!! THE WORSE EXPERIENCE. I requested short coffin shape nails with gel color, and design. What I left with is long nails, no color, and no design. I was over charged for what was supposed to be a design, that was actually the sparkle in the acrylic powder. I DO NOT RECOMMEND that you visit this salon. Go somewhere else. I paid 70 for something I hate and different than what I asked for. Ken and Jen made a big scene when I stated I don't like it, that's not what I asked for. He did not want to fix it at a later date, due to me having to leave for an event.DO NOT GO THERE.

I am not sure what all the negativity is about. I had the best pedicure and manicure I have ever had (and I have had a lot!). They were super friendly, have a fabulous array of colors and again, the BEST I have ever had! I wish I could give more than 5 stars! This is now my go-to salon! Thank you Kutie Nails - you have a new, loyal client!!
UPDATE: just had my eyebrows waxed here for the first time - again, absolutely spectacular! I can't say enough good things about this place. They are ALWAYS accommodating! Keep up the good work!

Terrible place!!!! The lady is so rude, and the guy…terrible attitude! Made an appointment for Monday at 4:30pm, ran exactly 10 minutes late, I even called when I saw I was running late and was told it’s okay. I got there and they had 3 people ahead of me with just one nail tech. I tried to find out when it’ll be my turn since I had made an appointment and the lady told me she didn’t know and it’s either I wait or leave since I came late. I told her I called and spoke to her and she confirmed she spoke to me, next thing she spoke their language to the guy (male nail tech) and he didn’t say a word, he kept a straight face like he was tired and ready to be done for the day. The lady told me the choice is mine to either stay or leave. I was so upset and I got up and left. I won’t recommend this place to anyone. I will tell my friends not to come here. They have a nasty and rude attitude!

I wasn’t going to leave a review but I feel like I need too. I’ve been trying to find a good nail place closer to home and I was hoping it was going to be Kutie nails…. But it won’t be. I went the other day and got my nails and toes done. First off the color I chose was not the color I got!!! And when I asked if they had a matching color to it he said yes. (Which he didn’t) nails do look nice but he cut 5 of my fingers down to the cuticle. OUCH! The guy who did my toes was nice and did a great job. The Place is definitely out of date!
