I had a really great experience at the Providence location. The team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. It’s not often you come across a place where the staff takes the time to go the extra mile, but that definitely stood out here. Everything felt well-organized, clean, and handled with attention to detail. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it shows in the overall experience. I’d absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking for quality service and a friendly, reliable team.

I checked in and came in when my name is showing up as number 1 on the list, but they are taking in who ever walked in ahead of me, Great clips is working on ethics that who ever checked in and if they are in Salon they need to be invited for hair cut. Very disappointed.

I took both of my boys here, sierra and berry did an amazing job on both of their cuts! They gave them exactly what they requested. There was no wait time, we did an easy check in online! We will be back! Very impressed.
