Because they actually listen to you and care about you. I just wrapped up my bi-annual with Katie, who's freaking awesome by the way, and left again feeling like I was talking to a family member. Thanks to Katie and team for actually changing my experience to one where I actually enjoy going to the doctor.

Dr. Pandy has now been my Primary for a number of years and though it is primarily been for my Annual Physical, she and her office have always been there when I needed her.
Even those times when one cannot raise their head off the pillow much less ones body off the bed, she was always there and worked me for appointment.
