The nurse practitioner, Ty, was outstanding—professional, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk, whom I believe is Alyssa, was the exact opposite.
From check-in to check-out, I felt like an inconvenience rather than a patient. There was no greeting, no hospitality, and no effort to make me feel welcome. been in contact with since receiving Physical Therapy.
My Physical Therapist Jackson Juvera has followed my progress and made a huge difference in my strength and overall health.
